MAYWOOD PARK RACECOURSE |

| The Maywood Park racecourse is located at the
town of Maywood in the state of Illinois and benefits from its climate by being able to
offer racing throughout the year. It has a racing circumference of just 1/2 a mile and
first opened its gates in 1946. |

Its principal races are the Cook County Pace, the Taurus
Bomber Stakes and the Maywood Spring Championship. |
