TE RAPA RACECOURSE
The Te Rapa Racecourse is based in Hamilton, in the Waikato region of the North Island. The Cambridge Jockey Club use the track for 3 meetings annually in June, November and their Premier Race Day in April.
	The Waikato Racing Club also meet at the racecourse for 14 days per year. The Waikato Hunt and Taumaruni Race Club also hosts meetings at the racecourse.
A feature race is the Waikato Times Gold Cup, a Group 2 event run each December. In the latest renewal on 13th Decmber 2008 it was Lovetrista who proved successful when ridden by Craig Grylls.
	The course also hosts International Day in February when there are 2 Group 1 races, the Whakanui Stud International Stakes and the Waikato Draught Sprint.
