THE MEADOWS RACECOURSE |

| The Meadows racecourse can be found in the
Meadow Lands region of the state of Pennsylvania andcaters predominantly for harness
racing enthusiasts. It can boast upwards of 225 race meetings annually and first opened
its gates to racing in 1963. |

Its principal races are the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes and
the Keystone Classic. However, its most important race annually is the Messenger Stakes
which, along with the Little Brown Jug and the Cane Pace, form the Triple Crown of Harness
racing. |
