TINONIUM FAIR RACECOURSE  
Tinonium Fair racecourse is situated in the town of Tinonium in the state of Maryland. It has a long, illustrious history with race meetings recorded as taking place as early as 7th September 1879. Indeed that first meet is said to have lasted 6 days. The popularity of the meeting coincides with the Maryland State Fair and can now boast 8 meets annually. It has a 5/8ths of a mile dirt track and its principal races are the Linkage Stakes, the Winning Colors Stakes and the Alma North Handicap.
