WANSBECK GREYHOUND STADIUM

The greyhound track in the Northumberland town of Wansbeck is situated at 1° 31' W 55° 9' N and runs as an independent flapping track. The town of Wansbeck is near Blyth and once entertained the miners from the nearby Cambois colliery until it closed in 1968.

The track runs sprints over 247 metres, standard races over 412 metres and distance races over 587 metres.
