WAGGA RACECOURSE |

| The Wagga Wagga Racecourse is located at
Slocum Street in the state of New South Wales and is situated midway between Sydney and
Melbourne. |

Records show that permission to develop a racecourse was
granted on 10th September 1866 to Thomas Hammond, Edward Pearson and Henry Wallace. |

| The Murrumbidgee Turf Club host meetings at
the racecourse on 24 occasions annually. |

The principal race is the Wagga Wagga Gold Cup which is run
in early May and is the second oldest thoroughbred horse race held in Australia. In the
latest renewal in 2008 the six year old Tommifrancs was the 1 1/4 length
winner when ridden by Tim Clark and trained by Gerald Ryan. It defeated Limani and Grand
Zulu. |
